I am in love with travel. I am always reading travel guides, scoping out travel deals, and dreaming about going someplace new. Being a working mom, we get limited vacation time so I like to make the most of the time we have and have wonderful adventures. I‘d like to think that I have rubbed off my hubby (Mr. K) and would love to influence my children in a similar fashion. I have 2 small boys. Q is 4.5 years old and P is 2 years old. Travelling with children provided us with a new challenge that we are learning how to deal with everyday, hence the blog name of Mind Your P’s and Q’s.
Part of our long term goal is to take a year off and travel around the world with our family. It will take a lot of planning, saving, and a bit of luck to achieve the goal. We would like to take this trip when our boys are old enough to really appreciate it, but young enough not to hate spending 24×7 with Mom and Dad. We are targeting the 9-12 year age range. So that puts in 2017-2019 range for a trip.
